Product Guarantee

365-Day Frame Guarantee

Your piece is covered by a one-year warranty, beginning from the date of delivery as confirmed by tracking.

Should any defect arise within this period, we’ll gladly arrange a complimentary repair or replacement. If a repair isn’t feasible or the item is out of stock, we’ll exchange it for a piece of equal value. All shipping costs are covered by us, so you can enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind.

Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:

Damage resulting from improper use or accidental mishandling
Everyday wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, deformation, or minor cracks
Loss, theft, or damage from accidents or natural events where the original item cannot be returned

180-Day Lens Warranty

Each frame includes a one-time lens replacement guarantee, valid for 180 days from your delivery date (as confirmed by tracking).

Should your lenses develop any unforeseen damage or quality concerns within this window, we’ll gladly replace them at no additional cost.

Please note that replacements requested for the following reasons will be subject to standard shipping, lens, and processing fees:

Damage from improper care or accidental misuse
Everyday wear and tear (including scratches, cracks, chips, or warping)
Prescription inaccuracies due to input errors

Returns Policy

Returns Policy (Prescription items)

Prescription items are made to order and aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If there’s an issue with your prescription order, we can remake it once at no cost within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking).

If the issue is due to a product quality fault, you may also request a refund.

Returns Policy (Custom coloured lens sunglasses)

Custom coloured lens sunglasses are made to order and aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If there’s a product quality issue, we’ll help with a free remake or a refund.

Returns Policy (Non-prescription items & frames)

Non-prescription items and frames can be returned within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking) for a change of mind.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. If there’s a product quality issue, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a replacement, remake, or refund.
